The manager was very understanding when I told him that one of the guests was handicapped and could not get in and out of the bed by herself. The bed was too tall. So he moved us to a handicap accessible room. Plus the housekeepers came every day to see if we needed anything.
The cheapest hotel in this part of town and I went in knowing that. It feels a bit worn and tired, but you get good accommodations for what you pay for. Wifi, A/C, shower, refrigerator, and everything else worked great! I didn't ask about a breakfast, and I wasn't told. If there was anything offered, there were no signs of it around 9:30 when I checked out. No bugs or bad smells in the room, but make sure to close the door pretty hard to get it to click in.

this is my first time staying here and i must say the rooms were better then I expected. Clean and nice! Front desk customer service was exceptional. Area is quiet and easy access to hotel right off highway.

I have to say that this is the best location i have ever been at! Everyone has been very nice and respectful. The rooms have been awesome and very clean! Breakfast is minimal but decent. And the prices are great!
This is a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and updated. The management is superb. Our first room had a malfunctioning shower handle. The manager didn’t try to discount or ignore the issue. He immediately moved us to a new room. Customer service in a small hotel is often lost. Not here. Come stay close to good restaurants, Starbucks, and all the fun stuff in Fort Worth. It’s a 10 minute drive to Hulen.
You get what you pay for, but in a good way. I've payed more at "better" hotels but didn't get near the experience I've had here. The laundry worked, the front desk guy was nice, the ice machine worked my room was clean and neat and the TV had a working remote with a guide and the AC was adequate. Definitely a great place to stay for cheap. Didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised with how well my stay was. Will for sure stay again!
